Purpose of processing:

The personal data provided through the forms on the website will be processed to deal with your request, send advertising of our products and services by any means (physical or electronic), and invite you to events organised by the company. We create a commercial profile based on the information provided in order to offer products and services according to your interests and improve your user experience. No automated decisions will be made on the basis of such a profile.

Data Retention:

Customers: For the duration of the contractual relationship.

Non-customers: For one year from the last confirmation of interest.

Recipients:

The processing of data for sending information and commercial prospecting is based on the consent of the data subject.

Legitimation:

Your data may be transferred to other entities of the Menceyes Group, as well as to public administrations when there is a legal obligation. The entities belonging to the business group of the responsible party are those that appear on its website at any given time.

How can you exercise your rights?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. Data subjects may revoke this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the prior consent. In addition, they may lodge complaints about their rights with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).

All of the above is in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
